Broken Glasses

I've decided to watch TV without the help of my glasses? Why you may ask. It's because I keep getting it broken, either by my own mistake or placing it where someone else comes and step on it. FYI, my bad habit is falling asleep in front of the TV. Sprawling on the floor with my glasses on, so you may guess what would happen next. I'll fall asleep, and my glasses either stay on me or slipped off and ended on the floor. Next thing I know, crack!

First time getting it broken was because I was holding it in one hand and holding a big cracker container in another hand. When the container was slipping due to its weight, I grab hold with both hands, and then... snap! In half!

The second time I broke my glasses was of a pair of old one with lesser degrees. Was too cheap to make a new one at that time. So what? Sue me. I step on it once, and my mom did once. Lucky it was a steel frame, I manage to bend it back to shape. But the third time..., tuck! End of its life.

Third pair, my mom step on it again. Got it fix, then my dad stepped on it. Was too cheap again and decided to super glue it. Even though it was flimsy, but it was still wearable. Funny thing was... I got it stuck on the curtain while walking passes a doorway. End!

Now... no more glasses for me. So what if I couldn't see the subtitle? So what if I can't exactly see the actors’ expression or differentiate between actors other than their voice? I'll just sit closer to the TV. Or just ignore that I can't see clearly. At least I'm not wasting my money on glasses anymore.
