Bike ride

I'm not as healthy as I thought I am. I went for a bicycle ride last Monday (Nov 3rd) and I had a very tough time reaching my destination. I was huffing and puffing and had to stop for several times on the way. Not to mention I also resulted on pushing my bicycle instead of riding it for some part of the journey. Okay, so you asking how far were my journey anyway. It's about 20 minutes by car from my house to the bakery. And guess how long it took me? I took about an hour. Unbelievable huh? After that, I think and think. Why did it take me so long? Am I that fat? Am I that lazy that somehow it made my body refuse any command of exercise or even movement for that matter? That couldn't be it. Or maybe I have so much cholesterol that it blocked the blood to my heart. Is that it? Is that why I had so hard of time breathing? Refuse to accept those possibilities; finally I’m blaming it on the backpack and the laptop I was carrying. Since that day, I haven't had a ride on that bike again. I wouldn't dare to go through that again for the journey back. Not until I'm ready. Oops... Is that another excuse?
