what to cook for tonight's dinner?

Hrm... what to cook? It has been long since I last plan my dinner. I have chopped and pre-cut veggies in the ref., and they just waiting for me to cook. Let's see... I have carrots, eggplant, green beans, cauliflower, tomatoes and some Chinese Mustard. I also have eggs, chicken, crab meat and potatoes.

Anyhow, I can't wait for this weekend. My mama made Nasi Beringin, Acar and Meat Bergedel Last weekend and I missed the chance to have a feast in replace for going to Farah's wedding. But it was worth-it though.

Terengganu has been upgraded to become Bandaraya and the celebration will be held on 4th Jan at Batu Buruk. They will also be a parade and fireworks. Hope I could go out and see the event. If my house-mates wants to go out too of-cause.

I made this last weekend for breakfast.
